9/10th Grade homework due Thursday: Please read the Tao Te Ching and select two passages that "speak" to you personally (please be sure to re-write these passages on a separate piece of paper to be turned in). Be sure to mark any connections to magical realism that you see as you are reading through the pages. Also, be sure not to spend more than an hour reading. 9/10th (due Monday): Honors-- you have no formal homework, although be advised that your essay and outside reading journal are due on Thursday of this week. Non-honors: Please complete the grammar worksheets as we discussed in class on Thursday.
