Homework Due Friday:
7/8th: First four paragraphs in a draft form are due. To receive full credit, you must have these in proper, formal format: typed, double-spaced with the appropriate heading (thought you may leave your title as "title"). Please attach all previous drafts.
9/10th: Honors students- please remember you will be reciting your memorized 14 lines from R&J. Everyone else: you selected your scenes to act and lead in class today. Therefore, for homework tonight, you must plan your scenes and memorize the first few lines of your character's. You also must decide: -Who else will act which roles? - How will you stage it? - What props/costumes will you need and how will you get them? - etc. Be prepared to walk the class through your choices. Also, for those of you who were not in class today, we finished the play (sob, sob!). Please complete act five and bring any questions to class on Friday.

Homework due Monday
7/8th: Please type, double-spaced, your rough draft page of your script. You may need to check with your partner to determine if you are writing the first half of the scene or the second half. Also, if you have any time left over this weekend, you may want to go ahead and begin your first main body paragraphs. By now, at the minimum, you should have a revised introductory paragraph (after class on Friday) and all three of your topic sentences, defined.
9/10th: Please read actively act four scenes 1 through 4. Mark any spots where you have questions.
